CCT Training and Development Institute, Inc. (CTDI) was established by the Center for Community Transformation (CCT) Group of Ministries with the vision of establishing a viable network of Christian Community Learning Centers in the Philippines and in other third-world countries.
 

CTDI’s mission is to enhance the effectiveness and competencies of groups and individuals involved in Christ-centered transformation in a uniquely Filipino Christian way through Biblically-based character-building and development activities; to train community members in cooperativism, community governance, evangelism and discipleship, entrepreneurship and livelihood skills; and to provide opportunities for development workers and community partners to experience wholeness and integration through retreats and cultural appreciation activities.

BANGKO KABAYAN, INC.

Ibaan Rural Bank, Inc. was established to serve the people of Ibaan, Batangas by providing reasonably-priced credit, particularly to small merchants, farmers and traders in the community. Bangko Kabayan sought to respond to the needs of a population severely affected by the financial crisis of 1997 by embarking on microfinance lending, in order to reach out to an even greater number of clients in the countryside. The bank still continues to improve the quality of its products and services to better serve its ever-growing number of clients.
